Promoting yourself
To register your interest to join you must either be:
- An experienced interim manager or
- Have worked as a senior manager/executive, be a member of a professional institute and are now embarking on a career in interim management.
Please DO NOT register if you do not fit this requirement.
The IC network is not open for those seeking permanent or temporary work. Neither is it open to anyone working as or on behalf of a recruitment agency.

You will then receive an e-mail requesting further information. This is your chance to prepare your own profile, which appears free on the site, and supply other details supporting your status.

The Interimconnect meetings are the heart of the network! When you meet people, things happen! By meeting up we build trust and confidence in the group and forge new contacts. Just as importantly it gives us the chance to meet you so when an assignment comes up, we have already put a person to a name!
The network itself generates assignment opportunities. Members may be approached about an assignment that they are unable to take on. Or perhaps it is outside their skill set. These assignments are "chipped into" the network and are distributed to all members. For assignments created through recommendations, we operate a referral scheme. The aim of this is to provide a fair reward to the introducer and to cover network administration and marketing costs.
