Headed up HR whilst Director and Deputy away from the business. Restructured and closed 7 business functions to improve productivity and achieve cost savings. Worked with senior management from Trust, PCT Commissioning and unions to lead the reprovision of service in line with government Agenda for Change and Closer to Home programme.

Provided HR leadership to Quality and Purchasing functions during a period of HR restructure. Sourced specialist automotive experts from throughout Europe. Addressed long standing employee relations issues in partnership with unions. Restructured and undertook redundancy consultations and improved communications between management, employees and unions.
