Total Turnaround Finance (TTF) is managed and facilitated by Mike Measures. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Mike has spent a career in finance, initially in public practice with Ernst Young in Madrid, Spain, followed by Finance Director roles in the U.K., Spain and the U.S.

Following an MBO, in 1994 he became an Interim Finance Director on assignment for; European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on their Turnaround Management Programme. This was followed by interim assignments in the NHS, Delta Engineering, Cadbury Schweppes, Eastern Electricity and Amey Support Services.

During the late '90's Mike was asked to help develop a network of Chartered Accountants for the ICAEW. "What we learnt from this was that you can only go so far, by just networking in your own discipline" Mike says.

Hence the idea of a multidisciplined network for career Interim Managers was born!

This developed into:
