Tim Arnold

From a grammar school education which presciently included Commerce Economics and Statistics, Tim joined Unilever and as part of their management training studied for the Diploma in Marketing.

Moving through brand management and the early days of Formula One sponsorship with Yardley he joined the Sales Promotion wing of Wasey Campbell Ewald one of the Interpublic agency groups. He soon joined the Board as head of below the line group and took more responsibility in retail and mail order working on Argos and Littlewoods.

For nearly twenty years Tim ran an independent marketing services agency group as well as helping start and head up The Institute of Sales Promotion.

The last decade has seen Tim being what he calls a Portfolio Marketing Director for companies as diverse as Electrical Wholesales to Software companies to the baker of the best Cornish pasties anywhere.
