We provide a rapid search and engagement process to find the right  interim manager through our personal selection process. 

As a network we do not add an agency mark up to the interim's day rate which means significant recruitment cost savings, to you, over the course of the assignment. 

Instead network members pay the administrative costs of running the network meaning those savings can be passed onto the "hirer".

This is how the Search and Selection process works.

First of all we understand from your interim assignment "brief" what you need the interim to deliver and what skills and experience are required.

This is initially by a phone conversation and if appropriate we will then meet with you to gain the fullest understanding of the requirement. 

From our 1500 + experienced managers we then quickly ascertain who is the closest fit to that agreed specification.

(Members who feel they are the closest fit then apply providing you with not only their CV but specifically where their previous experience matches your rquirement.)

We then provide you with a rapid short list of members with matching and available members together with their CV and supporting information including their fee range and availability

You will NOT have hundreds of CV's to sift through. We do that selection for you and only supply you with a short list being the closest match. This is normally three to four applications.

An important part of the network is meeting members and therefore we can also tell you who we have met. To date Mike Measures has met with personally more than 1000 members.

If a member is asked to attend an interview with you and they have not been met then we will meet with the interim, providing our feedback, before introducing to you.

The short list process normally just takes days and is personal service for you.
