Entry requirement for interims to join the network
Interimconnect is a network, only for career Interim Managers. This means they have an interim track record of "delivery" and focus on the project objectives.
The entry requirement is:
- Operates as a career interim manager or
- Has worked as a senior manager/executive, is a member of a professional institute and is starting a career in interim management.
The network therefore is not open to those seeking:
- Permanent employment
- Just consultancy
- Temporary or contract roles in between permanent employment
Specifically the Interimconnect network is also not open to interim agencies or providers.
Interim Managers register their interest. They then provide further information to substantiate their inclusion in this career interim network.
