We have an entry requirement to the network which is either the interim manager has previous interim experience or they are now starting a career in interim management.

How the Search and Selection process works.

• From the interim assignment "brief" we thoroughly understand what you need the interim to deliver and what skills and experience are required.
• From our 1600 + experienced managers we then quickly find interim managers who are the closest fit.
• Those interims who are are the closest fit apply providing not only their CV but specifically where their previous experience matches the requirement.
• We provide you with a rapid short list of members together with their CV and supporting information including their fee range and availability.
• You will NOT have lots of CV's to sift through. We do that selection for you and only supply you with a short list being the closest match. This is normally three to four applications.
• To date we have met with more than 1300 + members of the network.  Before you meet any of them we provide our feedback of both the positives and negatives of their fit. We therefore act as an "honest broker" .
• The short list process normally just takes days and is personal service for you.

There are no advertising fees, we respond quickly and we operate entirely on a success fee basis.

Success fee basis means we are paid an agreed share of the margin you charge your client.

Payments are made to Interimconnect after you are paid. Terms available on request which are agreed and put in place before we commence any search.
