Managing projects or programmes often requires people that can enable change as well as providing the methodology.

An interim project manager is well proven management resource which has the main following benefits:

As independents operating through their own limited companies they are not employees and therefore although they have to be aware of company politics do not have make compromises for the sake of their corporate career.
