James Haddock . An experienced Interim Finance Director used to operating in complex and demanding corporate situations. After qualifying with Ernst & Young, spent 8 years in plc corporate roles followed by over 10 years in interim management, mainly at CFO level, focusing on corporate transactions in both quoted and private equity backed companies. Good knowledge of investor requirements, regulations, processes and advisers, including brokers, Nomads and bankers (merchant and corporate). Multi-national experience (particularly of the Netherlands, Switzerland and Australia) and highly conversant with IFRS.

Able to coordinate complex financial, secretarial and legal processes including setting / achieving realistic timetables and concurrently dealing with different reporting regimes. Experience of IPO / flotation, demerger, disposal, acquisition and debt-raising in quoted and private-equity groups. Hands on approach incorporating rigorous attention to detail. Used to dealing with Big 4 technical functions to ensure that IFRS and UK GAAP appropriately applied in line with company objectives.
