- Stakeholder management - significant exposure to bank’s special situations divisions inc. Barclays, HSBC and RBS, negotiations with HRMC inc. TTP and retail landlords
- Financial Management –working capital reductions exceeding c£10m, cash flow forecasting inc. 13 week forecasts.
- Corporate Finance – Refinancing (inc. PE) total c £15m, thirty M&A transactions inc. MBO’s, disposals, project management of due diligence & integration and AIM/PLUS listings.
